Sankofa Educational Experience, (S.E.E, L.L.C.) was established by Leticia A.Fitts on January 11, 2012. S.E.E. focuses on educational products, services, and events that are geared towards the advancement of children and adults of African descent. Sankofa is a concept the derives from West Africa which means that we must go back to our roots, in order to effectively ascend to the future. The educational product line of the S.E.E.is entitled The Black Legacy Learning Series. The first book in our series is called African American Sheroes & Heroes. Our series engages children in learning the greatness of our history. It highlights the stories of some of our African American giants who have already made history, in order to motivate our youth to excel to their maximum potential. Our educational product line will be incorporated in our educational services and programming.
